Instructor Trainings
"Dear Sarah, I received a very positive feedback from one of my clinic participants. He attends up to three Pilates classes a week. He said he was amazed because I taught him something new in the first five minutes of the clinic. Over the holidays he golfed four days in a row and did not experience the lower back pain he had before the clinic. THANK YOU!"
-Carolyn, Pilates for Golf Instructor, Arizona
"I LOVED the workshop too bad you are not closer to me I would love to watch you work. I did do a couple of the exercises with a client of mine who takes pilates from me in a duet setting. We just did three stretches and he left that weekend to hilton head and shot the best he's ever shot on the front 9. He couldn't wait to see me Monday to tell me about it, so he is hooked!
